Bristol Nights: Introduction to Anti-Sexual Harassment Training
Bristol Nights Introduction to Anti-Sexual Harassment Training is aimed at all those employed by the night-time economy.
The training will focus on:
Impact of sexual harassment on women
The law surrounding sexual harassment
Reporting sexual harassment
Bystander intervention
Acceptable and unacceptable behaviours
Managing vulnerability
Best practice management of sexual harassment
Drink spiking
This training is free to access to all those employed in the night-time economy (6pm-6am), from venue staff and security to performers and promotors, other hospitality staff, and the visitor economy.
There are three ways to access the training:
Online self guided (which can be accessed here)
Online (facilited by a trainer)
In person at various venues around Bristol.

We want to encourage venues to put forward staff for this training. Following the success of the Bristol Nights Drink Spiking campaign, this is an important step to ensure Bristol continues to be a safe place to visit at night, especially for women.
